Director's Message

On behalf of Community Services Agency, the CSADC Board of Directors and our staff, I am pleased to announce that we have successfully completed over 1,900 units of affordable housing with the recent opening of the Willows at Wells senior apartments. We are also proud to announce that the Agency is in its 42nd year of providing programs designed to empower individuals and families to improve their lives. We are pleased that our services over the years have reached many and most especially proud of our vibrant Head Start program. Please feel free to browse these pages and provide feedback. We are always open to new partnerships, joint ventures and program ideas that will meet the vital needs of our Northern Nevada citizens. We value your input!

Information regarding Mr. Phillips tenure at CSA/CSADC:

• Cloyd Phillips has been Executive Director of CSA/CSADC since 1971
• He has dedicated his life to work to upgrade the quality of life for all in this community, as well as throughout Northern Nevada
• Under his leadership, the Agency has initiated many new programs, provided a wide range of Social Services, and developed many affordable housing units
