Privacy Policy

Revised: February 17, 2006 3:55PM PST

It is the policy of Community Services Agency Development Corporation ("CSADC") to respect and protect the privacy of our users. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. Please be assured that CSADC uses its best efforts to protect the privacy of its online visitors. As most web sites do, we track the total number of visitors to our site on an anonymous aggregate basis.

CSADC only gathers personally identifiable data, such as first and last names, addresses, and email addresses, when voluntarily submitted by a web site visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected when a visitor requests information using our online contact form. This information is used solely by CSADC for internal purposes, like improving our services or to fulfill your requests; it is not sold, shared, nor transferred to third parties (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process).

CSADC does not send unsolicited email. CSADC reserves the right, however, to respond to email it receives, and to email out infrequent updates to those that have requested more information from us.

CSADC reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, to fulfill your requests, or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or an investigation on a matter of public safety.

You can avoid the collection of personally identifiable information from us by refraining from voluntarily providing the information. However, this may limit our ability to provide you with a specific service.

If we decide to change our privacy policy we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone.

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our online visitors is of utmost concern to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, CSADC can't ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online contact form, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

CSADC collects IP addresses for the purposes of auditing the use of our site. When guests request pages from CSADC 's site, our servers log the guests' IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us. We will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms of service or to protect our service, site, customers or others.

We may offer links to other sites. If you visit one of these linked sites, you should review their privacy policy and other policies. We are not responsible for the policies of other entities.

For example, users should be aware that when you are on CSADC's websites, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from CSADC pages that take you outside our service. For example, if you "click" on a partnering agency's logo or linked hypertext, the "click" may take you off the CSADC site. These other sites may or may not have their own privacy policies and/or terms of use.

Please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information online (for example, via message boards, chat, e-mail, forms) that information can be collected and used by people you don't know. While CSADC strives to protect its user's personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.

The CSADC website does use "cookies" and JavaScript technologies to offer accessibility features, such as switching stylesheets and enabling bilingual content. No personally identifiable content is captured or stored in this process. In addition, no tracking of browsing habits nor any other such tracking of any kind is performed in this process. The only information stored by cookies are user-initiated selections in relation to language preference and stylesheet preference, nothing more.

CSADC's policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond CSADC 's control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.

Please review our terms of service prior to use and only disclose that information which you are comfortable submitting.

The foregoing policies are effective as of October 23, 2001. CSADC reserves the right to change this policy at any time. This policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party. Last revision date is posted at the top of this page.
