CSA is a federally-funded, non-profit organization providing FREE infant & toddler care and preschool services to low-income children and families. Our programs are designed to promote school readiness for children in a positive learning environment through a variety of services, which include:
Access to early education services is one of the earliest and most crucial ways to give young children the tools they need to succeed in school and in life. Our mission is to provide individualized learning experiences through play in a structured, clean, and safe environment. Learning opportunities for children are fun and engaging and enhance social-emotional development, cognitive development, science, math, language, early reading skills, art, and physical development.
EHS Program Hours are: All program locations operate 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM to Noon on Friday.

Head Start programs have a very small number of slots that can be used for children whose family income is higher than poverty level. If you are not sure you would qualify, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (775) 786-6023 or e-mail us at enrollment@csareno.org. Friendly staff are available to go over eligibility with you and we welcome all opportunities to help determine eligibility for services.
